Whether you are charming or tedious is entirely reliant on how high you are on the SUE Scale.
Charm and being charming in particular is often held to be something special you're born with and you either have it, and if you do, you've been blessed by the Gods, or you don't.
With Energy EFT or with EMO, we can raise our charm factor and when we do, people like us much better.

Note: If you absolutely cannot think of yourself as being thoroughly charming and a most welcome guest at Oscar Wilde's dinner party, you might think about other positive qualities you need to become more charming, or bring up your charm factor.
