Stand up, extand your arms to the side, and start making movements with your arms as though you were flying.
Breathe deeply, close your eyes and pay attention to the strong uplifting sensation you get on the downbeats of your wings.
Find your best, most powerful personal rhythm.
Now sense for the wonderwind beneath your wings - the uplifting power of the Universe itself, that holds all life and raises us up when we tune into it.
Use the wonderwind to lift you higher and higher, until you are in a marvellous clear space.
There, you can stop the motion of your wonderwings of energy and simply sail on the tides of the Universe.
When you are ready, return gently to physical reality and enjoy your much improved energy state.
